• When should I book my photo shoot?

    I am usually booked about 2 months out, but sometimes I will get a rescheduling  and I can get you in sooner. You can asked to be on call list if you’d like. Please have a few dates in mind when you call or email to schedule your session.

  • What days are available for shoot?

    Weekend sessions are the first dates to book up, so dates and time may be limited. I also book sessions for weekdays.

  • What time of the day are we doing my session? 

    For outdoor sessions I do prefer to shoot in the latter part of the day, right as the sun is beginning to go down or super early in the mornings right as the sun is beginning to rise up. This is when you will get the best light and dimension to your photos. For indoor sessions I do prefer to shoot in the mornings in between 9-11.

  • What should I wear? 

    I offer complimentary styling consulting to help you narrow down your outfit selection before your photo shoot. It’s so much fun planning outfits together with my clients. If you need any help picking out the perfect outfit for your session, feel free to reach out. I also have dresses that you can rent for your session.

  • What about hair and makeup?

    Everyone must arrive camera-ready. Look through some magazines or online for makeup and hair ideas. If you would like to get your hair and makeup done professionally, I work with several talented hair stylists and makeup artists that can be arranged with your session.

    Makeup: I highly recommend professional makeup application. You need more makeup than you would wear for every day – even if you are going for a natural look. Proper foundation applications is important for smooth skin tone, elimination shine, and hiding blemishes. If you would like to hire a professional makeup artist, I can arrange all the details when we schedule your appointment.

    Hair: Some people feel comfortable doing their own hair, but if that’s not you, then I can recommend several hair stylists that do excellent styling. If you would like to hire a professional hair stylist, I can arrange all the details when we schedule your appointment.

  • How soon can I see a preview after my shoot?

    After your session, I post a sneak peek of your session within a day or two on social media channel. . Then I make you sweat and beg to see the rest… which only last about a 14 days or so.  If you need it sooner, I can rush your post-processing for a small fee 0f $50. Just ask!

  • How long does it take to receive my order?

    Normal turn-around for prints is 10-14 days (not including holiday seasons – it could take up to 3 weeks during holiday seasons). Albums can take longer – up to 5 weeks. If you need to rush your order faster than our normal production schedule you may do so, but there is a $50 rush charge.

  • Can I get additional images?

    You can purchase additional images for a small fee. It’s $15/image or $100 for 10 images.
